"Our Suzuki Jimny developed a terrible "death wobble" at a particular speed. As it was due for a service anyway we took it to a Suzuki dealer in Perth and asked them to service it and deal with the wobble problem. They were HOPELESS!!! They didn't even attempt to solve the problem and blamed me for overloading the vehicle, they told me that I shouldn't be flat towing it and that this had caused the bearings in the transfer case to wear out and that I needed to replace the transfer case. They also said I needed new front tyres. I had new front tyres fitted and balanced - the problem was still there so based on the advice of the Suzuki dealer, I took it to a drive train specialist. I spent $265 to find out that the transfer case was fine. Eventually I ended up at The Suzi Shop. They diagnosed and solved the problem the next day at a very reasonable cost. They were great to deal with and clearly, unlike the the Suzuki dealer, actually had a commitment to solving the problem. THANK YOU SUZI SHOP - LEGENDS!"
