"This is happened to my wife, when she traveled to Melbourne last weekend. Her car stocked in mud as on the side of a road 15 min north of Melbourne in rainy day, so contacted him to pull the car out of the slight mud and he said he will charge $100 and will be there in 1 hour; he did not come until 3 hours later and when he saw that my wife needed help and desperate, he said he will charge her $200, twice of the agreed price!!!! She had only $100 cash and she had to pay $100 worth of fuel, he even asked my wife to buy him a soft drink at the petrol station, rude!!! So do not do business with him, he is ruthless, no moral and will rip you off if he sees that you are vulnerable and desperate!!! This guy introduced himself as the manaigng director of the company, he is the one answers the phone when you call and his voice is on voice massage. The deriver claims that he did recovery, but in reality what he did was to pull the car out of mud and my wife drove back to Melbourne airport to drop the rental car. He says the car was in the middle of nowhere, I am not from Melbourne, but according to my wife it took her only 10-15 min from Melbourne airport to the location that stocked on the side of a road, so it was not in the middle of no where. The driver again says it was night time, he either has a poor memory or he is lying, it happened in the afternoon, and in fact my wife droped the car at the airport by 6pm to catch flight at 730pm (before daylight saving ends) And when he was at the petrol station he asked my wife to pay for his drink, of course my wife refused, I spoke to him on the phone asking since when you are asking your clients to pay for your soft drink, he said that he is busy and hung off the phone. The quality of service provided to us was Zero star, not even 1 star"
