"I came here to share my experience with speed pro and one of their employee’s named Matt but I see I’m not the first and the probably won’t be the last I called and explained a few things and also went as far as telling him about my cancer I have and dealing with a mechanic and trying to get my project finished As soon as I mentioned his name I copped a barrage of abuse about how “that was his friend” which the company did not have any care about After reading another review I can now understand who they are My car building was very exciting until we came across the mechanic and speaking to these people If you want a good experience don’t go here You can see by the reply they give customers how you would bd treated especially if you have any issue I’m not leaving a review in regards to the mechanic rather the way speed pros employee conducted himself as a professional"

"Can't say much about customer service because there IS none. Three days ago I sent a polite enquiry via their web form about some of their own piston rings that everyone else has but they don't. I could not find those part numbers on their site. So I asked if they had them and if not, had they been discontinued? Obviously the question was too hard so they didn't answer. Should I have to wait more than three days for a reply? The webform gave the message "Your Enquiry has been Successfully sent". The excuse I will probably get is "we are having technical difficulties with our website" or "we did not receive your enquiry". This is becoming increasingly common these days with large companies."
