"Do not trust this company. I ordered and paid for parts, receiving some at the time and waited weeks being given every excuse you could think of why they weren’t in stock or in his other warehouse (which I discovered is an adult toy shop “Velvet Toy Box”, lol). I was finally told that parts (around $2,000 worth) were in and sent by courier, but he couldn’t provide a tracking number. So I called the company who said there was no shipment. The owner is a total liar. I got a refund, but will never go back and would save anyone else the hassle. I bought my parts from the UK direct. Had them. A week and we’re way cheaper."
"WOULD NOT RECOMMEND! Would have given this Rhys less than a star if I could! I purchased a product then after waiting a month, nothing arrived. I tried emailing and got no response. When I called him, he just fed me excuses. He said he sent it too but after waiting another week. Nothing! He then blocked my phone calls so I called him from another number and when I was trying to get a tracking number for the parcel he promised, he fed me a fake tracking number. He eventually gave me a refund after all the pestering and messaging him through Facebook. I'm lucky enough to have got a refund, hopefully the other people he has ripped off too, can get their money back. AGAIN, WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!"
"This shop has been easily one of if not the best experiences with ordering parts, despite shipping and delays and parcels being to the wrong address Rhys made sure that I got the parts that I ordered. When the parts arrived they were all in perfect condition and I paid a reasonable price for the quality of product. Would recommend Wolf Racing Products to anyone."
"Despite the negative reviews seen below, placed an order for a set of Barra cams on the 26/6/22 rang the next day to confirm stock, Rhys was helpful and friendly, notifying me they would be sent when they arrive at his store. Today 6/7/22 i received my cams as promised, fast postage and the customer service was great. Don't judge a book by its cover. Thanks Rhys."
