"In 2016 I purchased a p92m scania truck which was starting to show its age, I took it to scania at Laverton and had it serviced etc and bought a heap of parts, being of 1987 build the spare parts man at scania Neil, suggested I contact Zed wrecking as they specialise in the older models, I didn't listen. Over the next few years after getting a bad batch of fuel it developed fuel consumption and power issues, back to scania it went and they told me it needed new injectors, $3000 later still the same. In frustration I just learned to put up with it as I only use the truck around 15-20 times a year as part of my hobby. 3 months ago I decided to fix it right up and upgrade some of the cab to 3 series speck, as parts are now getting short direct from scania I decided to go out to Zed wreckers at Melton, what a fool I had been, John the owner was fantastic, he helped me with everything I needed and put up with my stupid questions. Now after numerous visits the truck has never looked or performed better, John stayed back many times to help me and identified my frustration with the fuel issues and even offered to take a look at it for me which he did last week together with a service which considering he normally does not do any mechanical work was outstanding customer service and very much appreciated. He fixed my fuel issue for next to nothing, he knows these trucks intimately and I really can't speak highly enough of his work and assistance, had I have listened and gone to John earlier I would have saved thousands wasted at scania Laverton. Highly recommended, excellent service by John and his office staff 11/10. 5 star. Mark"
"Not good to deal with abnoxious and one sided be wary of returns credit note or alternately money back and never will they deal with you if you get money back and if you get credit in store for return they never have want you want mysteriously to hold on to your money definitely cannot recommend them do not trust them"
