"Same experience as a lot of others... they are super helpful right up until you've handed your money over, then they don't want to know you. Very very poor customer service, no attempt to be helpful and generally a pretty poor business to deal with. Honestly, I would avoid buying from them if you can."
"Ordered a rear bar back in November 2021. Paid half deposit. Was told 2 weeks. Had to call them to see what was happening and they didn’t know. After Christmas called again and they said that it was in a container. Called again in Jan/Feb, they didn’t know where it was. Asked them to contact us ASAP. It’s now nearing the end of April and nothing. Called to get a refund and Xavier the ‘manager’ said he didn’t have authority to do that and he would contact the manufacturer. Told him it’s been almost 6 months so we just want a refund. He said he doesn’t give refunds and will call back. Never called back. Contacted Consumer Affairs and ACCC who were great. They are assisting with a claim as MCC have breached laws by not giving a refund as the goods have not been delivered after reasonable time. Do not buy from this place!"
"Very poor correspondence between sales and customer. Sent 2 emails in November 2021 about items for a bar I have. No response Rang the company and got a ‘yeah I seen the email. Don’t have it’ Ordered in early December over the phone, heard nothing back for months. Rang back every 3-4 weeks to ‘oh it’s coming’ Apparently it finally came in late June (2022), gave my number as they said they will get in contact when they have a chance to send the item. Still no phone call back, rang back to ‘yeah mate we’re busy. I’ll give you a call tomorrow’. This was early July. After no response and it’s August, it’s very frustrating to be left in the dark and given no response. Very disappointing Spoken to others who have dealt with MCC and they have had the same response, everything is ‘it’s still coming’ and then no response."
"After six months of runarounds and excuses, finally got our MCC bar on yesterday. Don't expect anything to turn up in the two week timeframe they give you. Followed by "it will be here next week" for months. Customer service has been shocking, from them ordering the wrong bar completely to then taking another five months to have one show up. If it was an uncommon ute I would understand but I have a ford ranger. Over the phone they will just be completely rude. From reading the other reviews I think our bar was probably not reordered untill we started asking for a refund. Happy with the bar, but will never recommend or deal with PX Wholesale (the actual company here) ever again. Apparently there's an another store in Epping, so save yourself months of excuses and time and just go there."
