"Do not buy from this company. After ordering a product and not receiving any info or updates on when it was coming, I called up to check in and see where my product was. They said it would be here next week. I called and called every week and they kept feeding me the same lies. After about 5 months I finally gave in and decided I want my money back as it has been well and truly enough time to get my product delivered. Unfortunately this then took another 4 months of weekly phone calls. At one stage they told me they don’t do refunds, this was about 2 months into my weekly check up as to why it was taking so long to get my refund processed. Finally after about 9 months and over 50 phone calls I got my $1400 refunded for a product they never had in the first place. This was so disappointing and by far the most unprofessional and unreliable company I’ve ever had to deal with."
"The team at PX Wholesale were very accommodating with my custom requirements. The 12 volt solution is very impressive and looks fantastic. The installer spent time running through the solution to make sure I knew the entire system. There are a couple of product issues still to be sorted out which PX are working with the supplier to get the product fixed. Once resolved I will upgrade my rating to the maximum. UPDATE: The product issues have been resolved by the supplier and PX Wholesales were very helpful. The car project is now complete and has everything I had discussed with Xavier. As PX Wholesale is not brand specific; you can see and compare most of the brands in one place. Similarly, the advice you get is not a brand promotion but reccomendation of the right products for your specific requirements. These are the team for me. Richard"
"How do you do a 0 star rating? Don't even bother giving them your money. Read the reviews on Facebook too. They will happily take your money, then lie if you call them to say they have sent it back.. and then don't even both responding over any other medium. Good luck to you if you take the gamble"
