"I booked my car in for 4 wheel balance and 4 wheel alignment. I confirmed they could do this and they confirmed Yes with their service dept. Arrived in the day at 10.15 for 10.30 appointment. At 12 they told me they couldnt do the wheel balance as they couldnt remove the wheels - they needed a special tool. I said there was no special tool required as it was just wheel nuts (No locks) they then came back to say ok they can do it. 2 pm they said they had done the balance and alingment. When I drove away I noticed the steering wheel was now Crooked when driven on the freeway and also they hadnt balanced the rear wheels as there were No balancing weights whatsoever on the wheel. By this time it was almost 5pm and they said it was too late to rectify either. They said I would need to rebook the car to rectify the problems. Ive called 3 times to speak to the same service agent - left messages for him to arrange the booking and they have not got back to me. They did refund my cost but im left with a car that is worse now than when I went in, crooked steering wheel and wheel wobble at high speed."

"I dealt with a lovely young lady Abby who was very helpful, charming and had great wonderful customer service. My car had an essential car service for $169 and on top of that a water leak where a water pipe had to be replaced for $222 which i still cant justify. I cant see or feel that anything was done, the motor wasn't even cleaned with degreaser. I will not be returning, very disappointing"
"Disgusting customer service from the Holden Service Department today. I telephoned to get some advice as my engine light appeared on my dash this morning. The young female team member advised me that there is no availability until 03/06 which is understandable. However, I then very politely asked for some advice on what I should do or where else I can go. Having never had an engine light appear before, I'm unsure of who to go to. The woman on the phone repeatedly said 'I can't advise you over the phone'. Disappointing Holden. A sure way to guarantee no return business for Holden Slacks Creek."
"The Jeep side of things is good. Andrew helps make things work. If your car goes into limp mode. Being told to wait two weeks before you can bring it in by the lady on the phone is unacceptable. And not having loan cars available (as some clients have them for a month) is not acceptable or should be run through under warranty. Motorama Should be able to triage and prioritize a car that is not able to run over a car needing a service."
