"Great timely service, even offer an after hours service, which is great for customers. However they no longer give your car a quick vacuum and wash, while most other dealers do. I gave 4 stars cause the team that I rang and spoke to were all very polite and helpful, plus my car was serviced in a timely manner. That little bit extra for the vacuum and wash for the O what a feeling, to get the 5 stars."
"Good experience for the first time here for me There's a lot of improvement can be made on initial process and comms with customers always from my experience here Everything was good but mis communication between front desk or reception/co ordinator with Service team and service advisors My DPF filter was supposed to replace as part of 60 K service but nothing planned at spares end and not happened today due to mis communication etc .... Happy otherwise overall An inside and out car clean service as part of car service will be great for customers satisfaction Happy with the Aircon sanitising work (bit costly though) Service team and advisor promised me and planned the DPF filter replacement sooner where I need to drop off the car again but happy with his way of managing customer"
"The most frustrating service I’ve ever had. Asked for two simple items to be looked at which they failed to do properly and I’d have to rebook. Had time though to replace an extra $300 of other items and found an urgent item that wasn’t done either. When asking when I could get the items finished the earliest appointment was a month away"
