"After disassembling a simple parts (which took them more than an hour), they finally realise the part was good. Asked extra charge for putting it back. Didn’t fix anything. I will never come to your shop again. Eventually your business will broke for your attitude."
"Asked them if they can replace the faulty parts of the car, they said yes they can. Charged $80 for that. The person who came to fix, was actually the customer service person who has no idea about car mechanic and eventually received 20+ calls during the fixing. Why did you take job if you are not the right person? Later on gave me the attitude that he gave a good favour by doing that! Well, don’t be greedy to take job if you don’t know how to do it. ❌ Definitely avoid ❌"
"Went in yesterday just on spec after a local Hyundai wrecker couldn't help me. The gentleman in charge, whose name escapes me, could not be more helpful. He pulled the parts of the donor vehicle and fitted them to mine. The service charge was very fair. Great customer service."
"Extremely rude and terrible customer service. If you call them, you will get to know their attitude. Yes, we need something sometimes from wreckers, but that doesn’t mean you are the only one in Sydney. I would suggest the persons on phone to learn how to behave nice with their customers."
