"Communicating my issues to the rep was a little challenging, made to feel like something were my fault. Issues remain unresolved and I now need to take another day off to go sorry it out. Report from the mechanics was incorrect and was an outright lie, anything to avoid looking into things further and move onto another car. Also comments made to me arrogantly for not charging me for them to run diagnostics on a reported issue - ran a wheel alignment check and didn't charge me when I just told them I've done a wheel alignment a week and a half ago and proceeded to tell me how I should feel grateful they did t charge me. Getting the car back there is oily residue everywhere as well as all over the wheel archers. Stay away and either visit alto prestige of Sydney centre. Not my first Audi but my first and last visit to Parramatta centre. In general a very poor experience."
"Mark is such a gentleman and will go out of his way to help. I have been bringing our car here for the past 10 years and I can say without a doubt Mark and his team do a fantastic job of maintaining our car and great customer service. Highly recommended."
