"0 star rating. Absolute pathetic customer service. Purchased new vehicle with 5 years service pack which came with roadside service. Unfortunately, they failed to activate roadside service even though it was requested at the annual service. As a result, we had to pay annual fee to have someone attend to us. Not one off event. My brother also found roadside service wasn’t activated on he’s car. Been try for over 6 months to have the payment reimbursed. Spoke to Angus (service manager) who acknowledged it was a known issue. Don’t understand why it’s taking so long to remediate if it’s a known issue. Been chasing them periodically since August 2022 for reimbursement. Left 2 messages today, let’s see how long it takes to return my calls. Denlo VW and Angus, your lack of customer service is non existent and tragically laughable."
"The last time I was there was because of a Subaru recall for my STI. Can't believe it took them all day to do what needed to be done. I was first through the door when they opened and my appointment time was 7:00 a.m. My car wasn't ready for pickup until 3:00 p.m."
