"After my clutch failed, I was hoping their 3-5 day dispatch would get me a replacement ASAP to get the car back on the road. Emailed after a week of no shipment and it was received a few days after. Just picked it up from the post office today - Nice packing guys :-) 5 stars for being cheaper than my local auto store, even with shipping. A bit of bubble wrap or void filler, or anything really - would have been nice"
"I need the brake pads and stuff for my Aurion. Their price was quite good for Bendix brakes, decided to try them out. After I placed my order there was no update, so I contacted them from website. Kevin got back to me and advised there are few items out of stock and they will ship asap when they get stock. I contacted again after 1 week and asked Kevin if he can replace the missing item with something else. He did and there was a minor balance of 5 bucks which they waived off as well. Very happy with Kevin and the service, there was a minor delay but I am cool with it. Thanks! Kevin :-) I did contact 5 different Toyota dealers for brake pads quote and not even single one of them got back to me."
"I purchased a Noco NLP30 lithium power sport battery that developed an intermittent fault. My UTV would randomly have very low or no voltage (see photo) so wouldn’t start or sometimes just shut off while driving. I’m pretty sure the BMS was disconnecting. The problem started in winter approximately 7 months after installation. It was initially difficult to diagnose, I did contacted Noco support to help diagnose the issue. Once the battery was removed from my UTV it was still having a problem when connected to a Noco lithium charger. I sent Automotive Superstore a short video of this as proof. My property is just under 3400 acres, this faulty battery has caused considerable inconvenience. I did have to walk home a couple of times, luckily it wasn’t from the other end of the property approximately 7km away. I can’t say anything good in regard to how this company is dealing with my return. It’s been over 6 weeks since I initially emailed Automotive Superstore and reported the problem and requested a return. I never received a reply, after waiting a week I emailed again and made it clear I intend on reporting it to the ACCC and lodging a compliant with NSW Fair Trading. That email got me a reply and the return started. I loved and looked after the battery, I only charged it with the noco lithium charger (also purchased from automotive superstore) I kept everything and sent it back exactly as I received it (see attached photo) it was still like new. I also travelled 3 hours to send it out of the post office in Bathurst so it was halfway there and would arrive back to automotive superstore quicker. Australia posts tracking confirms the return was delivered, received back by automotive superstore 4 weeks ago. I’ve not received the refund or even a reply to multiple emails since the date they accepted the return. The last email I received from automotive superstore sales said:”Our returns team will be in touch as soon as this lands back to us and is processed.” I’ve got 8 vehicles on the property, I’ve purchased many items from automotive superstore over the last 4 years. I still need to replace batteries. I understand it’s now a busy time of the year, if they did me a deal on 2 Noco NLP30, I’d be willing give these batteries another go. "EDIT: So since posting the review I was contacted by a member of the team. They had explained the situation to me in a more clear manner. Worked with me and resolved the issue, they managed to get my parts to me without further delay and exceeded my expectation. In fact I was able to complete my repair sooner than expected. I hope they had taken my feedback on linking stock levels on their website which will ensure customers are aware clearly there may be a delay with receiving their goods. Would I buy from here again? "After spending $500 odd dollars on parts they could not ship directly from their warehouse in Brisbane to me in Canberra, also charged an extra $10 in shipping then advised it would take 2 weeks to get the parts to me. Had I known that I probably wouldn't have ordered the parts in the first place. Oh don't forget, they mention on their site give us a call if you need parts sooner, tried that and got some fast talking jock who could not care less if the parts arrived or not. yeah don't think I will be back.""
