"Can definitely see where they get these bad ratings. I’ve bought a air filter off them on eBay has been over a week and with multiple messages to them without reply and haven’t sent my air filter yet. I’ve needed it and wanted to know if they could send it as I can’t run my bike without it. Otherwise I would have bought somewhere different. If you need somewhere that has positive communication or quick shipping I’d definitely can’t recommend them for that"
"UPDATE 2- has now been 9+ weeks, I was offered a “full refund” 8..5 weeks after initial contact for the item yet the amount offered was not the original purchase price. Once I stated the incorrect offer I am again being ignored. Just laughable now. UPDATE- I contacted another 2 times, via eBay and via email yesterday, again have had no response. The last contact you made (Mel) you said you would get back to me the next day, that was 3 days ago. Trying to chase up a faulty (expensive) part warranty it started with “waiting for the supplier to let us know what to do” which has now turned into ignoring me. Nearly 4 weeks since my first contact and avoiding having to warrant something."
"Was a little sceptical after seeing some of the other reviews, however i cannot fault the service i received. I enquired re stock levels prior to purchase and was answered almost immediately. Was told 1-3 business days for item to be ready for pick-up. Item was ready next business day. Staff at warehouse were quick and friendly. Will be using these guys again."
