"Arrogance was next level, customer service was atrocious! Offered the product to me over the phone with a discount on the Tuesday and by the Friday when I called to pay I was accused of haggling with him when I reminded him of the price he offered me verbally. I’ve never struck arrogance like it in my life! Disgusting really, wouldn’t recommend purely down to this. If you’re a female, get your husbands to deal with him for parts or don’t bother at all because he will rip you a new one for no good reason 👎🏼"
"The owner is so rude. I ask for a engine, he said he had one ready, so I paid for it, he said it will be at my shop in a 1 week. 3 weeks go by I call him up asking where it is and he starts yelling at me about his workers and about how I'm rude, I paid for a engine that was promised to be delivered in a week and he says I'm rude. The owner needs to get his head straight. I don't care about his workers problems. I'm happy that I got my money back. Will not go back to here again, don't waste your time. These 5 star reviews are done by fake accounts 100%, he probably can't accept that he can't run a business"

"Biggest fraud in Australia! His prices change like the weather and the quality goes with it too, such a dangerous place to enter as well, cars in the air, rear and front k frames in one big pile that is waiting to fall down. Workers look so stressed and in a lot of pain too all the time because of the owner yell at them all the time, also they can't find anything at all spent 3hr trying to find a part for my car and they could find it. and them climbing all the stuff that has been put in a pile, half of the stuff looks broken as well and the lights look water damaged too and at the "other property" he has all the parts are damaged and covered in mud and dirt. avoid this place at all costs, owner doesn't know how to run a business at all. Literally! If I could put a -1 star I would."
