"We had been supplied with an incorrect parts after customer paid for it and it is taking weeks for this company to send return freight info for customer to be refunded. Very poor customer service. If you want parts from here, ask for photos and part numbers because you will be in for a shock if you wish to return/refund after being supplied with incorrect parts. Not at all happy with there lack of concern. We aim to satisfy customers not annoy them and treat them poorly. Negative 5 stars if possible"

The woman, Lorrie, agreed to $400 for my 17yo son's Outback - I heard her repeat the price to her boss on the phone, and he agreed in the background. Then, they only paid $200, in effect stealing $200 from my son who needs the cash to buy a new car. Unconscionable."
