"Totally dissatisfied. They told me they had the the door mirrors for my vehicle but at their storage property. I was passing through town but decided to stay 2 extra days as that is how long it would take them to go to their storage property. After 2 days they informed me they only have one of the 2 mirrors so went to pick it up and it was damaged and the wrong model. I had given them the exact make and model down to the month. The price was almost that of a new part, damaged and the wrong model. Nice work guys. 2 days of my life gone"
"Tried to charge me $260 for a review mirror second hand and it was $120 for a new one from Repco. .. absolutely pathetic. Do not recommend. Also sold me a old radiator a yr ago that was supposed to be new and broke apart totally brittle in 2 hrs"

"Went in to get a glow plug, injector and transfer case for a Captiva for a temp fix. After quoting online and supercheap for new parts, they had quoted; $190 for a USED glow plug ($29.00 new at SCA), $700 for a USED diesel injector ($490 new), And $3,500 for a USED transfer case ($1,500 new online). After I had to convince the staff that I do own a 2.2L diesel, and being told they don’t exist and that it was a 2.0L. I also waited 5 minutes for them to stop talking to each other to serve me at the counter. They are an absolute rip off that takes advantage of the type of vehicle you own. (Captiva’s are hit and miss depending on what the previous owners were like). It was a waste of time even going in"

"I would not recommend this business. I was after a second hand part, they ordered in, it was wrong part for my car. The staff blamed me for the wrong order where I wouldn't completely agree. They did not want to take any responsibility or accountability for the mistake where I still believe they should. In short, they offered me a new $450 part and said they could not find a second hand anywhere else for me. I got my refund and had to be accountable for a $20 mistake which in my view should have been shared to be fair. End of the story, I went online and searched for wreckers in Sydney and the first one I contacted were reasonable on the phone and had the part I wanted posted to me for much cheaper than Coffs Auto Recyclers offered. $10 is not a big amount of money but the attitude of a business in my eyes is what deserves a bad review here. I hope you guys improve your service."
