"I went to Coastal 4x4 for the first time for a part because they had stock available, unlike other supposed stockists. I was very happy with that. While there, seeing they do service work, I asked about an installation which they said they could do in time before my trip. Happy again. However I could not accept the Coastal strict policy to insist on payment of a deposit to book the job (future services not yet performed), so I did not proceed with the works. I'll buy parts here again. Seems to be a reasonable range."
"These guys are legends, I called about a piece of 4X4 equipment late on Monday arvo. None in stock but will check with the supplier over east. Tuesday morning they called and said they can get it but it may arrive next week. I placed the order and received a call today (Thursday) confirming my order had arrived in time for my trip this weekend. Exceptional customer service, under promised and over delivered. Good service is increasingly hard to find but this is the place to get it. I’ll definitely be back!"
