"Excellent service team. I was met at the driveway, the team knew what my vehicle concerns was booked in for, and made me feel confident they had it under control. As promised, I received a call to explain what required fixing, and the car was ready to collect at the agreed time. The car was even washed! The team are polite, extremely helpful, and are not in a rush to get you out of the door even if you have a lot of questions. Excellent experience compared to other dealerships, definitely recommend servicing you VW here. Also, convenient location with a bus stop out the front."

"The worst customer service experience at a Volkswagen dealer. Absolutely shocking and disgusting behaviour by their employees comprising of lies and incompetency. It has been nearly two weeks and I have not received an update or a call back regarding my warranty claim for my vehicle. In particular, their service advisor Will where he has the inability to call me back and provide an update after being told I'll receive a call back within two days. Each time I call (4 times now) I have been told "he's just stepped outside with a client" and promised a call back. Their phone operators are trained to lie to customers and claim that their service advisors are always speaking to a client no matter what time during the day and are too busy to talk. Chantelle is great at doing that. These people are liars and to think Autosports get to represent the Volkswagen brand is just shameful. Do not go to this service centre at all costs unless you want your time wasted."
