"Had to get my engine replaced a while back. Con was easy to trust during our first interaction and I paid upfront. However I agree with another reviewer's experience, "once they had my money, I was basically treated like an afterthought." There was no communication on when the repair was done - I had to call myself. The repair did not fix the car engine, which reverted back after 2-3 weeks. I called to arrange a refund and was promised a transfer. When the transfer didn't come, I got in touch again and again. It took over HALF A YEAR of excuses and different reasons why they couldn't process the refund, and I've had to contact them over a dozen times to finally get it (I had to go in person for the 3-4th time). In the end, I had to negotiate and accept a refund amount of just around only half of what was originally promised. Overall, just a beyond terrible experience with no honesty - and an absolute waste of time. Such a disappointment because it contrasts so much with the majority of other reviewers, and I had great expectations."
