"Bought a diesel tank from here for my triton was served by Kayla, drove 45 mins there and 45 mins back when I brought it back home and had a look underneath there was big dings in it like the size of a soccer ball, when I called back and spoke to Kayla about the problem very casually she said this what you should expect from a second hand part and every second hand part will have dents on it every door or panel have dents this was her reply, I spoke to her very nicely but this was her reply so I said no problem I’ll just post it on google review then she started back peddling and said I’ll give you a refund, very poor customer service…. You can keep my $195 and my review, the money is not the issue the issue is making someone drive 45 mins for a damaged part then telling them bad luck it’s a second hand part"

"If I could give a negative star I would. Guy in there needs to do research on vehicles. Trying to me that me that the vehicle came out with smaller wheels than factory release. Website not updated. Parts listed on website not available I reply to your response. Once again you have no clue. The Ford territory was never released with 16in wheels. You can't fit 16in wheels on the vehicle The 2004 territory was released with 17x7.5 wheels and the later models were released with both 17x7.5 and 18in wheels. So again you need to learn about what you are selling or quit"
