"Had a positive and negative experience with this company. The guy who came to my rescue on a rainy Saturday night was great. Polite, careful and did a great job. Organised a tow the same night for Tuesday after Anzac Day to mechanic and they just didn't turn up at the time they said they would,. I had to call twice to only be told late in the day that they wouldn't pick up until possibly the next day. Not good."
"I had a major accident yesterday where a stolen vehicle had sandwiched me between it and another vehicle. My insurance company sent Ready out to pick up my car. I am disabled and needed my hand controls removed from my vehicle so I can have them installed into another vehicle. The two gentleman spent approximately 30 minutes getting them out and might I say they had never seen hand controls before, no easy feat. THANK YOU for going above and beyond to help me, in my most vaunrable hour you guys truly shone!!!"
"Absolutely the worst! Disgusting! Rude customer service yawing on the phone and hang ups when I’m trying to have my car delivered to the correct location in the time promised. It was a service sorted on behalf of Mercedes Benz. Mercedes was amazing in helping sort some sense into this useless towing company. Still don’t have my car and sitting at the holding bay for 4 days! DO NOT USE READY TOWING!"
