"Booked a tow service, but they never show up. Call them on the agreed day and they told me there was no booking, telling me they would call me back in a few minutes. Waited 15 minutes and I call them back. They hung up asking for 1 more minute. Waited for another call but nothing. I just gave up. I had to rearrange my day a third party was also involved, so I had to reschedule with him as well. What a nightmare!"
"NEVER USE THESE GUYS EVER BUNCH OF GRUBS !!!!! My 74 year old dad was involved in a 4 car accident on the pacific hwy he was getting attended to by the ambulance my dad said he wanted the Racq to tow his vehicle (50 years gold membership with Racq ) then a guy called Ricky miller the driver of this company was screaming like a hyena in the back ground saying he was the Racq I then arrived to help my dad once I arrived before getting out of my car I had anther one of there drives at my door paul roccamante to get me to sign his paperwork saying police needed the car off the road I told him to let me go see my dad! I ended up useing a different company then both tow trucks Brisbane drivers abused me for nothing useing them, then both Ricky and Paul started abusing the other towing company and swearing at them i had made a complaint and has been handed to transport and the police worse experience !"
