"Called to get a little information on a part specifically a window actuator. Aparently spoke to the 'Manager' Jill whom was extremely rude, was completely unhelpful and could barely understand her sadly. Also hung up on me and said to deal with it. Worst customer service I've come across!"
"Cusomer for 7 years, they sent me the worng parts and i called the lady which is working there her name Jeio or somthing, she is absolutely dishonest and acting like she is the owner. sent me worng parts asked her why and rudely denied thats its not her fualt, she is absolutly ridiculous and blocked my account, its ok alot of other providers around. but she has a ridiculous attiude and didnt except the wrong parts to returne. Shame on you Jeio and shame on the Owner his name is Jimi that scumming the people."

"they just mocked me and did not assume their responsibility advertising something different. I bought an ignition switch for my Mitsubishi express SJ and I got one that works but the barrel itself is 5cm shorter and does not match the steering column cover whole, I called them back to ask for a solution and they said they did not have any solution for me and before hanging up said "we can't do anything have a good day" like if this was a joke. these people showed me a complete lack of ethics when they make a mistake."
